During a trip to Peru, I caught a parasite and not long after, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. That experience changed everything. My mission became clear: Live cleaner, eat better, and help others do the same.
That journey has led me here:La Salad, where I grow fresh, local greens year-round. My goal isn’t just to provide better food, but to build a community around clean eating, healthy living, and supporting local growers.
