Welcome to La Salad, a four-season indoor vertical farm rooted in La Salle, Manitoba. We're proud to serve our hometown and the wider southern Manitoba community with produce that's not only fresh, but responsibly grown.

We currently growing lettuce, and a variety of herbs hydroponically without soil, pesticides and compromise using eco friendly sustainable methods that deliver fresh, nutrient-rich greens all year-round.

Our mission is change the way food is grown keeping it pure, fresh, clean and local. With our indoor system we use no harmful chemicals or preservatives, reduce our environmental footprint, and cut down on food miles.

The result? A safe, controlled environment that puts quality first ensuring that you get the freshest, healthiest and cleanest greens that you can feel good about eating.
