🌍 Where do you deliver?

  • Right now, we deliver within La Salle.
  • We’ll be expanding to Sanford and Oak Bluff soon — stay tuned for updates!

⏰ When are deliveries made?

We deliver on:

  • Wednesday evenings
  • Saturday mornings

Need a special time? Add a note in the Order Notes box at checkout, we’ll do our best to make it work.

Need greens sooner? Same day delivery might be possible. Just message me or add it into the cart note box 😊

📦 Can I pick up my order instead?

  • Absolutely! Just select Pickup at checkout.
  • Same day pickup will also be available.
  • We’ll confirm the time and details with you directly via email or phone to make sure everything’s smooth.

🥬 How does the subscription work?

Choose your weekly subscription plan, 1, 2, or 3 bags per week, and we'll reserve your greens for you.

  • Pay weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, whatever works best for you.
  • Fresh greens delivered weekly
  • Pause, skip, or cancel anytime
  • FREE herb add in ( usually parsley or dill) with every bag.
  • No hidden fees. No commitment

  • We accept e-transfer, cash, and credit card
  • We prefer e-transfer or cash — it helps us keep prices lower.
  • For e-transfers, please send your payment to ryan@lasalad.ca

  • FREE herb add in for weekly subscribers
  • Harvested, packed, and delivered the same day

📌 What if I have a special request or allergy?

  • Add delivery notes, preferences, or allergies in the Order Notes box at checkout

  • Our greens are harvested, packed, and delivered the same day.
  • Everything is grown indoors year-round using clean, sustainable, pesticide-free hydroponic methods.
